Ombudsman Scheme Membership

Sales and lettings agencies are required to become members of an approved redress scheme. The redress scheme provides independent dispute resolution services for consumers and landlords in case of disputes with the agency. Greenways Property is a Member of The Property Ombudsman.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO): This scheme covers both sales and lettings agencies. Membership ensures that Greenways Property adheres to the TPO’s Code of Practice, which promotes professionalism, transparency and fair treatment of consumers.

Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP)

To safeguard the funds of landlords and tenants, sales and lettings agencies are required to join a government-approved Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP). Membership in a CMP scheme provides peace of mind to clients and reassures them that their money is secure.

Data Protection Registration
